St. George's Arts & Science College conducted its Orientation Programme for first-year students on 10 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Central Hall. The programme commenced with a prayer, followed by the opening hymn, How Great Thou Art, creating a reverent atmosphere. The Principal, Dr. V. Victor Solomon, welcomed the gathering and the Founder and Secretary, Dr. Geoffery K. Francis. Following the Scripture reading, Dr. Francis addressed the freshers, encouraging them to pursue academic excellence while actively participating in cultural activities, clubs, and committees. He inspired the students to develop holistically and emerge as confident leaders. The programme also featured special performances by the students, after which the Principal introduced the faculty members, college clubs, and committees. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the benediction. The orientation provided the freshers with a warm welcome to campus life, leaving them encouraged, motivated, and excited to begin their academic journey with confidence and enthusiasm.
